My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Patty Cerny and Kristen Hack while selling our house, but also purchasing our new house. They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and looked out for our best interest in every aspect of the process. When things got stressful, they worked even harder to help us achieve our goal of selling and buying. We listed right as Covid hit, so it was a long process, but they never let them stop them from doing their best to get the results we wanted. In the end, they went above and beyond in terms of finding the right buyer for our house, but also helped keep our sellers up to date so we did not lose what is becoming our dream house. I cannot recommend both Patty and Kristen higher if you are looking to buy or sell anywhere! They are the best and albeit I do not plan on moving any time soon, if that ever changes, they will be the first call we make. Highly likely to recommend

Kristen and Patty recently helped sell our home and buy our dream home for our growing family. They were exceptional to work with! Patty and her team beautifully staged and photographed my house, held a virtual open house, and sold my house in two days! i can't thank her enough.
