I entered a 3,5 year relationship with Heidi in what we (Heidi and myself) believed initially to be a normal sale time of a property I held the mortgage on. Heidi signed a buyer to contract very timely only for us to discover the buyer presently living in the house became a squatter. Not being familiar with the area Heidi guided me to legal help. Almost 3 years later the corrupt court system foreclosed on the squatters. We were able to take position of the property and Heidi spear headed the big project of getting the property back to excellent condition, having it mechanically inspected and appraised, . She made color selections, directed a number of other repair needs. All completed very timely. Once on the market Heidi secured a buyer in several weeks at full asking price. It closed timely. Heidi was a God sent for me as I reside 1200 miles away. Without Heidi the house would still be sitting without attention and certainly without a buyer. Heidi is an amazing advocate.
