Lindy Goss

Lindy was the biggest help in buying my fianc's and I's first home! We were living in Chicago so were unfamiliar with the area and the whole process of buying a home. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions thoroughly so we could understand. Lindy really held our hand through the entire buying process. She helped us get a sense of the North Shore and what town was best for us. I would absolutely use Lindy again and refer her to anyone else that was buying/selling on the North Shore.

If we could give 6 stars, we would!! We were shopping for our house during the peak of the pandemic, in a sellers market and were very nervous about going through the process. Lindy was a total life saver and a perfect guide through the entire journey. She is very thoughtful and thorough and clearly has a deep understanding of what situations to avoid and which to entertain. Those skill sets are incredibly valuable, especially in a tight market where you have to make quick decisions. On top of that, she went out of her way to help advise us on how to get out of a bad situation with our previous realtor, when selling our previous home. She came in and did damage control and saved the sale of our house before we even started shopping. Clearly, that was above and beyond her obligations, but she still graciously, offered to help. Anyone who gets the honor and privilege of working with Lindy should consider themselves very lucky.

Once in a while in our business and personal lives, one runs into a great talent. Lindy is such a person. I was fortunate enough to select Lindy to represent me in two real estate transactions (sale and purchase) and she is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Lindy is professional, dedicated to her clients and ensures they understand all aspects of the transaction and receive the best value to market. She has a way of helping her clients balance the emotion of purchasing a home with the base understanding that it is truly an investment. Perhaps most importantly, she gave me a thoughtful, outside perspective on each home I visited, helping me make smarter decisions when my excitement/frustration may otherwise have gotten the best of me. All this aside, Lindy is truly a nice person and fabulous to work with. I look forward to working with her again when the time is right.
