A little insight of Phil & my Life Experiences… Like most folks, I’ve had my fair share of trials & tribulations, but I’ve truly been blessed. Recently, married a wonderful loving gal, Trish, who is my guiding light. So, in my early youthful years, I had the privilege of serving our country in the US Air Force. It allowed me to mature & earn my education. I progressed through the ranks & earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. After 20 years of military service, my desire pulled me to a career in Real Estate. It’s crazy how time flies… in 2002 I earned my Real Estate License. Now a seasoned veteran, with 21 years of Real Estate experience & hundreds of sales, I provide my expertise to guide my clients through the buying & selling process in today’s crazy housing market. I started my Real Estate Career in the Kansas City, Missouri market after 15 years, I relocated to Illinois where I've been serving most of Illinois east of the arch since 1996. Including , SIUE Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Collinsville Holiday Shores, Troy, Shiloh, O'Fallon and most of Madison & St Clair counties. Specializing relocation, buyers & sellers.
