Phil Hardas

A little insight of Phil & my Life Experiences… Like most folks, I’ve had my fair share of trials & tribulations, but I’ve truly been blessed. Recently, married a wonderful loving gal, Trish, who is my guiding light. So, in my early youthful years, I had the privilege of serving our country in the US Air Force. It allowed me to mature & earn my education. I progressed through the ranks & earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. After 20 years of military service, my desire pulled me to a career in Real Estate. It’s crazy how time flies… in 2002 I earned my Real Estate License. Now a seasoned veteran, with 21 years of Real Estate experience & hundreds of sales, I provide my expertise to guide my clients through the buying & selling process in today’s crazy housing market. My goal is to guide, educate, maximize profit, & make the process as stress free as possible. I’m looking forward to putting my experience to work for you!
