Krista was a dream to work with throughout the whole process of selling our home. We may have had one of the worst transactions trying to sell and she kept her cool and kept us on the path the whole way through. (PART 1) I was considering trying to sell my moms house buy owner after she had passed away. I had many questions about the process since the last time I bought and sold a home it was 26 years ago. I called Krista and she could not have been more helpful. We had a wonderful conversation discussing my expectations for selling the home, to her experience in the area as well as in the Real Estate market. I really felt like I had just gotten off the phone with a friend when we ended our call. I was so pleased with her knowledge and her ability to explain the sale process from start to finish and believe me there is more involved than I even imagined that I called her back the next day

(PART 2) after several other calls to different realtors who completely turned me off with their sales pitches and over zealous questioning. I know that this process can be a bit like a dealing with a car salesman but I personally want to feel someone Im dealing with cares about me and my situation and not just how much money they will make being my realtor. We met Krista the next day and it was such a smooth process. She gave suggestions but allowed the final decision on things be our choice. She has a fantastic knowledge about all the fine print on the contracts and forms including all the new verbiage regarding covid . We appreciated her patience in going line by line through each document so we would not have any surprises. She is well respected in the field and has lots of strong contacts with people in the community. We needed an electrician to fix some issues, she suggested a fantastic one we have hired back to do some work on our own home. She is and supportive.
