Our company is celebrating 50 years in business here in Jefferson County. As for myself, I have spent nearly all of my 52 years around real estate related business; first my father's home construction business and then my mother's real estate career. The depth of knowledge I have regarding homes, their construction, their benefits and their challenges sets me apart from other brokers. A broker needs to serve as the catalyst for making deals happen, not for making commissions pay at the highest possible amount.
