We have had the pleasure of working with Becky on several occasions over the years. We just recently, with the help & patients of Becky and her team, found our country home we've dreamed of for years. The entire team is completely devoted to seeing every aspect of a real estate transaction goes off without a hitch! We cannot express enough how this group of professionals create a stress free environment that usually surrounds real estate transactions. Becky and her team come very highly recommended! Being a semi- active full local MLS Broker my self I am probably hard to please with high expectations . That should say a lot about how highly I rated the Hendricks team! I interviewed 3 realtors of about 8-12 I do targeted (Matching realtor to clients) referrals with. We decided it was The Hendricks teams turn. I told all that as Dr.'s I have known do not operate on them selves I was not going to sell my own home of 28 years my. I quickly added that dr.'s I had known that operated on other dr.'s said the dr./ patient was the worst patient they ever had ! I must say Becky and her team seemed to embrace my participation, suggestions and follow-up. They helped me enormously dot the i's, cross the t's and stay rational most of the time! Stayed on top of the process even when we ran it bumps and quickly smooth them out.

This was my first time selling a house so I don't have anything to compare. Overall I would give Becky and Alysan 5 stars. Their follow-thru on some repair items was very quick and complete. The only thing I would have liked to have done different was the end game negotiations. I felt they were sort of out of sequence from the sellers point of view

Our house shopping experience was a much more educational and gratifying experience working with Becky, than we have had in the past. She patiently helped us narrow down the type of house, neighborhood, & price range we were comfortable with over our 6 month search. I was extremely impressed w/ how encouraging Becky was towards our hands on approach to this process. She made the effort to share her research on comparable homes & took time to explain how property taxes & different neighborhoods play a role on the price of a home. Becky made us feel as though we were her partners & was always available to share her knowledge and experience about any of the homes we were interested in. The few times she was out of town, she still maintained contact w/ us through text & had her sister Rose (also part of her team) available to show homes or answer more immediate questions. After offers on three different houses and finally closing on this one, I was absolutely elated to have her by our side

Selling the home I had loved for nearly 25 years was an emotional experience. Becky's expertise about the Springfield marketplace enabled me to sell quickly at a fair price. I felt she was looking out for my best interests, and she stayed in contact with me day and evenings and weekends when multiple offers came in. Her assistant, Alysan, kept me informed every step of the way, and both of them made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible...even when the buyer made some interesting requests. Definitely a great experience, and I would absolutely hire the Becky Hendricks team again!
