My spouse and I gladly, I mean GLADLY, write this review about our experience of working with Ms. Tina Davidson. We are a multicultural, middle-class, youngish family from the Washington, DC-metro region. With her knowledge of the local market, efficient use of time, boundless energy, tenacity, and overall genuine warmth, we feel that she set an incredible standard for how the home-buying process should happen. Tina was recommended to us by a colleague who said her name kept coming up when asked co-workers who they had worked with. Boy, what a great recommendation! Tina put out a call to her extensive network of realtors across the region and BOOM! We found our beautiful home! A further testament to our appreciation of working with Tina: We cannot wait to have her over for dinner and some playtime with our two-year-old son. She is our family now! Tina was absolutely fantastic! At our first meeting she went through the entire process of purchasing a house, with a sheet of it all broken down for me, which as a first time home buyer was exactly what I needed. She regularly put houses on my listing for me to go through, and touched base a few times a week throughout the entire process. The first time we went to look at houses I didnt like a thing, but neither did she, and I realized that she was just as particular as I was. She didnt want to just sell me a house; she wanted to sell me the house! She actually told me no to one because it needed so much work done and knew that I was settling because I thought it was cute. Tina made what could have been a very hard and stressful time a fun experience, the only downside to actually having found my perfect house is that I wont get to see Tina regularly!
