I honestly can't say enough good things about working with Jan. She is honest, caring, hard-working, and genuinely concerned about your best interest. She is meticulous in detail and really takes the time to get to know you. Jan pays attention to the little details that you may have mentioned in passing. Jan was never too busy to take a phone call and never gave single-word or one-line text responses. I called and talked to Jan numerous times, sometimes for over an hour, and never felt rushed or like I was being a hassle. She always wanted to make sure we were comfortable and eased our anxiety. I honestly felt like I was working with a really close friend throughout the entire process. It was obvious to us that Jan was also very well respected by other realtors and she communicated with them effectively. She worked incredibly hard, was amazingly friendly, very comforting, and was a truly honest person. I would recommend her over ANY big-named realtor.
