Tracey was so great to work with! She sold our house over asking pretty much the day it was listed - what more could you ask for?? She was so knowledgeable about the market, sales strategy and negotiating the best deal. Best advice I can give is to follow any recommendations provided from the team to the letter and I can assure you that you'll be glad you did and thrilled with the results. Tracey was the best agent I've ever worked with. She came out on the first visit prepared and ready to sale my house. She showed use what we could get for our home and even when my husband and I doubted what she showed us, she proved us wrong. Getting us more then the listed price and not only that, she sold it in ONE weekend. If I ever sell again she is my only option. All of this during a Pandemic.
