In a world where one is often inundated with people telling you what either they think you want to hear, or what they want you to hear, I can greatly appreciate working with an agent who you can take at face value & anchor your decision making process too without worrying about what reality might hold in store. On top of that, I appreciate working with an agent that doesn't get thrown off by drastic and sudden changes in search parameters & I got both in working with Luanna. When she came recommended to me by Veterans' United as the first realtor I'd be working with in buying a home in 2013, I was skeptical at first but quickly realized it was a solid recommendation and I had lucked out. Whereas utilizing a VA home loan can often be a nightmarish process & I brought a few extra complications with me to my search, I daresay it actually went smoothly from start to finish, and all the results we achieved, met or exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

I was in a tough spot & had to find and close on a home in 40 days. I explained what I was looking for & found many likely homes in my email box daily. I'd schedule for a showing and Luanna would show up on time with a smile & a wonderful attitude that always put me at ease. She knows everything; Just incredibly professional. It's like dealing with a close friend whose got your best interest at heart. She made herself available to make sure any questions I had were answered & I had a lot. She helped me through the process of offer & counter offer making the whole process look easy & it's not. Luanna isn't afraid to point out the negative as well as the positive. It can be a minefield & it's nice to know that you have someone as smart & experienced as her watching your back. She's a quick study & YOUR advocate in negotiations. Trust me, you want someone like Luanna watching your back throughout a process as important as buying a home. Now my son and I are in a home that we love.

Luanna Albrecht was my listing agent, and she assisted me in buying my present home. Since I am a senior citizen, I especially appreciated her patience and kindness. During the selling and buying process, she was friendly and always acted in a professional manner when interacting with seller and buying agent, as well as title company employees. Luanna was helpful in recommending contractors, handymen, etc., in order to enhance my property's appeal. Her expertise in competitive pricing and marketing paid off because I received three offers two days after the house was listed. Selling and buying of houses seldom goes glitch free, but Luanna remained calm, focused and positive through every phase of the process. I would recommend Luanna to anyone considering buying or selling real estate in Hamilton County ( and elsewhere). Having grown up in the Carmel area, she is well aware of local trends and history. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Luanna is the best realtor around. I would (and do) highly recommend Luanna to any and everyone! We originally worked with another realtor and were not happy with that experience. A friend referred us to Luanna and it was, from literally the moment we met her, the most positive experience you could hope for. She was patient, dedicated, pleasant, and passionate. If you want someone to help you make your home ownership dreams come true, it's Luanna. She's extremely savvy and will fight for what you want. She's an excellent listener and we really felt she understood exactly what we were looking for. Since then, she's been available for any questions and is a really cool and nice person to know. We live in our dream house thanks to Luanna - but if we ever want to buy another house we wouldn't call anyone else.

Luanna is the BEST real estate agent EVER! She was patient with me almost a year - and I bugged her to death--she helped me get my first home that I love and SHE NEVER GAVE UP!
