Steve Gaddy

A year ago Steve took on the Herculean task of selling my four bedroom, two-story home with very large grounds. For five months he tirelessly worked to get the job done. Ultimately, a buyer was found who was far from easy to work with, but Steve kept me on track and had an uncanny ability to keep me calm in the midst of derision. He then worked with me through the purchase of a new home that went very smoothly. I want to compliment him for being thorough in preparing all the paperwork involved in selling my home and in being sure all papers were correct and complete for the closing. I know Steve to be extremely honest, thoughtful, and concerned as a realtor. Finally, I can only say I would recommend Steve to anyone who is wishing to sell and/or purchase a home. Some realtors are not always above board in representing homes and issues involved, but Steve is exemplary.

We needed to sell the family farm in Saline county MO. Having no idea how to sell a farm we know we needed a good realtors help. Steve answered all of our many questions and pointed out many things we had not considered. We also had some special needs and they were handled in a most ethical and professional manner. He was always willing to drive the 50+ miles to help us with question and concerns. At the same time we needed to buy a home in Columbia and hopefully all would work out at the same time. Steve guided us in how to secure a home loan if we would need to go that route. In March we closed on the sale of the farm as well as our new home. The closing process was flowless, but seeing the folks that were there and all the legal papers, you had to realize that there was much that was done behind the scenes so the buyer & seller did not have to worry.
