Merribeth was there for us as our listing broker every step of the way! The Buyers' agent was unable to show our property due to a scheduling conflict and she stepped in and showed it on his behalf. Then there was an issue with the titlework, we had refinanced more than once, and a release had not been filed. The title company said we had to show proof an previous lien had been paid off, and loan had been transferred to several companies. She went to the courthouse, and found the mortgage release filed under another property.
