We wanted to say a quick thank you for helping us find our new home. Answering constant questions and responding to every email was greatly appreciated! Marty was fantastic to work with. He gave us tips to make our house more attractive to buyers, and was willing to show the house with very little notice. We were very concerned when our buyers delayed the closing date, as I had already accepted a job in another state, and the new closing date was after my start date. Marty worked with the bank to get our closing paperwork completed in time for me to do a preliminary signing a few days early. I was able to start my new job as planned, and my husband was able to sign the rest of the documents the day of closing and then join me. I would strongly recommend Marty to anyone wanting to sell their home.
