He made the process of selling our home as easy and stress free as possible. When it came to buying a new home, however, he sure did have his work cut out for him. Being the original builder/owner, the seller was extremely difficult to work with to say the least. Caolan did a fantastic job building a good relationship to ensure that not only did we get the home we were in love with, but made sure we were making a good investment. It was a tough and slow negotiation process, but in the end it all worked out. My sister-in-law is using him now to find a home and has been just as impressed.
