As a first time homebuyer and an investor I have to say that this experience was fantastic. Kim was always responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, always followed up, and had a lot of knowledge and tips that educated me and made me feel comfortable. She wasnt pushy, negotiated and got me a great deal, and made the process as smooth as possible. I always had all of my papers and documents sent to me very rapidly and they were always quick to help me with any questions. I would highly recommend Kim and Julie to anybody looking to purchase a home.

We listed a House in Jeffersonville with Rachel Dreyer. I found her thru the Dave Ramsey ELP Program. She took the time to come sit down with me while I basically interviewed her for an hour or so AND came back a SECOND time so my Wife could meet her (another hour or so). She is personable, a straight shooter, patient, professional but still very down to earth. She has a no pressure, COMMON SENSE approach to go along with her passion and knowledge. You won't feel uncomfortable talking to her. Another important detail is when I called or text it was HER I talked to. If she couldn't take my call she got back to me very promptly. I like that she has a Team.... 1)A Listing (Seller) Agent. 2)A Buying (Buyer) Agent. 3)Office Manager/ Assitant. They ARE a Team! Having Rachel as my listing agent meant she was working soley for me.... the Seller. We didn't have the potential chaos of one person trying to handle it all and representing both Seller and Buyer. Nothing negative to say.

This team is absolutely amazing!!! I have now bought 2 homes with them and I am in the process of selling a home with the same team. I have had 0 issues getting in contact with them and they are always available via phone, text, or email. They treat you fairly and do not try to steer you in the wrong direction to their benefit. I respect their honesty and opinion entirely and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Kim was excellent! She got us into our now house the day it hit the market and worked with us to submit an offer that night. She was very easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we never felt pressured. We will definitely contact Kim for our next move.
