Jen made the whole process easy. She responded to all my questions quickly and effectively. She pointed me to the right people to get keep things moving. Initially, Jen was able to set up a viewing within 30 minutes as I messed up and sent her the wrong address. Overall an amazing experience.

I got a job opportunity in Indiana and I needed a house in Seymour and I needed it fast! I flew out from CA and Jen set up about 10 viewings in one day and we put in an offer on the same day. It was an awesome house but some odd things started to add up. As I asked questions Jen started digging in and with her research plus a home inspection we had to back out of the offer due to un disclosed water damage! While all this was going on I was in the process of starting a new job and coordinating getting all my belongings from California to Indiana. That left me with only 3 weeks to find another house or I'd have to find a rental which I desperately wanted to avoid. Again she set up more viewings the next day and thanks to the quick responses from Jen (sometimes even during the middle of the night) as well quick work from the lender, we were able to close in just 15 days!
