Following 15 years with Hallmark cards which included 5 relocations, we decided to raise our children surrounded by family all located in Kansas City. To accomplish this and financial goals, I chased my passion....real estate. By my 5th year I had developed a small team responsible for over 100 home sales per year and in excess of $35 million in volume. I put to use the many good things I valued while at Hallmark ...great training and especially what I learned from our home home purchases, sales and relocations!
