Ronda White

Ronda has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process of building our home. When we were looking for a builder to build a home she took the time to listen, understood our preferences and introduced us to a great custom home builder. She and her husband Bill helped tremendously throughout the process. Three weeks before we were ready to close on the house the bank that we were going to sign the loan with changed certain guidelines so we found another lender that better suited us, however, we had deposited some amount with the previous lender which we would have clearly lost. Ronda was able to get us a substantial amount back. I wanted to give examples to show and explain how good she is at what she does. For those of you who don't know she is also an HGTV star, so well deserved!! We would like to thank Ronda for her help throughout the entire process, she is beyond excellent and we are fortunate to have met Ronda and Bill, whom we now consider family friends.
