By far the top agent! I had listed my house for nine months with a different agent prior to Darcy. I had no action and very few showings. After my contract with him ended, I went back to Darcy, she had sold the house to me 9 yrs earlier. The difference was unbelievable. She gave honest and upfront thoughts on what would sell my house.
