Chris was our buying agent for a build job. He researched the subdivision and got all of our questions answered in a timely manner. We appreciated having someone representing us opposed to just using the agent for the neighborhood. Before we decided to build, Chris found many houses for us to look at. He took our likes and dislikes into mind and found us lots of good options.

Chris has exercised much patience and understanding as he helps me find the perfect home. He is always willing to meet with me to look at houses and when he arrives, he armed with as much information about the properties as I need. As I have not yet found a house I am completely interested in, I can't rate his process expertise or negotiation skills, but I imagine them to be as good as his knowledge and responsiveness. I am confident Chris will help me find the perfect property.

Chris is a FANTASTIC realtor! My case was a challenging one to say the least and he remained very patient and communicative throughout the entire process. If you are a first time homebuyer as I am or have experience in buying homes he is your guy! I had no idea what I was doing and came with a ton of questions to which he was very understanding and helped me every step of the way! After a long and treacherous road and a very picky agenda on my part we were able to find a fantastic home for me and my daughter that we can love for years to come and feel comfortable living in without too much money out of my pocket!
