Jane and her team were excellent and helped us close our house that sat on the market way too long (with a different agent). We received a fair price and they were excellent at advising us through the negotiations saving us thousands at the end. We made the difficult decision to switch real estate agents and contacted Jane. She was eager to help and very prompt to respond, but before accepting us as clients she asked to do a walkthrough of the property so she could figure out WHY it wasn't selling. She had excellent insights, was direct with the challenges we were facing, and created a plan for how to sell all before we ever signed with her. Her fresh photos, updated listing details, and advertising efforts yielded a lot of fresh leads with improved feedback. We entered into a contract quickly (which fell apart strictly due to the buyer being unreasonable), but Jane & Laura helped us stay positive and quickly relisted the property and had us back in contract in about 2 weeks.
