We were first-time home buyers and didn't have any experience with home buying. We met Barry at an open house. During the whole process, from the beginning through the end, Barry was always very responsive and helpful. There were so many documents for us to read and sign, which could be overwhelming. Fortunately, Barry explained all of them in a very detailed and clear manner. Whenever we had any question, Barry responded to our text, email, or phone call very timely. When we approached the closing, he even caught and corrected an error in attorney's documents, which ensured us a smooth closing. We very much appreciated his excellent work during the whole process. Buying a house was overwhelming but Barry made it easy and smooth for us. We had a pleasant experience working with him and ultimately got our lovely house.
