Erin did a wonderful job finding us our first home. She listened to the list of requirements we were looking for and she did a good job finding houses that fit that description. Erin was also available any time we had a home buying question or wanted to check out a new listing. Her positive attitude and work ethic made her a great real estate agent to work with. We were lucky to have her to help us through the processes of buying our first home. The process was as stress free and fun as possible. We can't wait to work with her again on our next home!

Hard worker and delivers. She is persistent and works hard at negotiating the best deal. She represented me well at the negotiating table. She also followed through on making the seller commit to paying my closing cost.

Erin was wonderful in helping us purchase our first home. We have very awkward and unpredictable work schedules and she took care in setting up viewings that worked for us which made the process much less stressful. She was very helpful in helping us explore areas we might not have otherwise looked into and was a huge help with her knowledge of the home buying process. I cannot say enough great things about Erin....she was WONDERFUL! She helped with selling our home and purchasing our new home. Within 20 hours of listing our home we had our first showing and within 48 hours we had sold our home. We were on a VERY tight deadline and Erin stayed on top of it and took great care of us.
