He took care of all of my son's personal property, cleaning the house, maintaining it while sale was pending, and he worked closely and efficiently with my Probate attorney. He even put the utility accounts in his own name to keep them on for showing the home. After waiting for approval from the Court, Chip listed the house and quickly sold it for a great price. Most importantly, Chip did all this while treating me with kindness and compassion for my loss of my on. I ended up thinking of him as a real friend, as well as an exceedingly competent professional. Alex Heister and the full team have been amazing to work with. They have made the stressful process of buying and selling fun. My wife and I have been incredibly impressed with their attention to detail. Alex has demonstrated expertise with the local market and processes to help us buy the house and property of our dreams. One aspect we have loved is the concierge services. Once we bought our house, Helen (their coordinator) helped walk us step by step through the process, including info on transferring our utilities - above and beyond. Helens communication has been prompt and accurate throughout the transition. Then, we went to sell our other house and Alex and team knocked it out of the park again.
