Janet Anderson

I cannot praise Janet Anderson enough. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give here 100. My daughter bought with my support a condo while she was attending LSU for her doctors degree. Unable to sell the condo when she graduated, she rented it. Over the next several years we had two realtors who did nothing to sell the property. When we contracted with Janet, the property had declined dramatically, largely as a result of a water leak in the unit above. My daughter and I both now live in Tennessee; arranging repairs would be extremely difficult. Janet arranged for outside cosmetic repairs, for new flooring to replace the carpet, for replacement of windows, for new HVAC, and for additional clean-up and spruce-up. Each job required a different contractor. And she did all this at very reasonable cost. My daughter and I are incredibly grateful to Janet for her support which was well beyond our expectations. Without this support the property would never have sold.

I talked with Janet on several properties, explained my goals. When a property came on the market that met my goals she got in touch. We closed couple weeks later.

Janet did a fantastic job helping us sell and purchase our homes. She has been in touch many times since closing to make sure we have everything we may need. She goes above and beyond.

Ms Anderson was very professional, courteous and respectful. She was very patient, explaining in detail what was needed to my 93 yr old grandfather. We would definitely use her again.

Janet was amazing in helping us sell five rental properties. She went the extra mile. She was diligent in moving the process forward and responsive in meeting our needs as sellers. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and market knowledge. Thank you, Janet!
