Nick was very patient and very professional in my communication with what turned out to be an untruthful buyer. He navigated the situation well; in a way he threw himself in the line of fire until the transaction was complete. Below I can only choose Nick or his associate. Nick was always willing to answer any questions no matter what time it was. The day I first looked at my house he had just had knee surgery but that didn't stop him at all. He was very prompt to reach out to the seller's agent to find the answers to my questions. He was very patient and informative during the whole process for me. I could not be where I am at today if it were not for him. I am truly grateful and appreciate everything he has done for me.

Working with Nick was a pleasure. Makes me wish I had more homes to sell. You cannot ask for a nicer guy or someone who is more knowledgeable about the real estate market. He sold the home, twice! The first sale fell through through no fault of our's or Nicks, but he had it back on the market the same day and another, better, offer the next day.
