This is the 2nd transaction Ive had Sharon represent me on and shes always been 100% professional and has had ample opportunity to display her experience/expertise, and beyond that shes been extremely pleasant and helpful every step of the way. Im a very detailed, picky person and demand more of a realtor than what you often find (someone that simply knows the process, shows a house and says what you want to hear) - she proved herself on many occasions with her knowledge about inspection related items, things i should look out for (as an out of state buyer), things i should clean up/repair (as a seller), appraisal related items and showed her expertise when it came to negotiations. On top of all that, she was very patient and professional with my often impatience - she handled me well. Ive experienced MANY realtors in my life, having gone through 20+ real estate transactions, and i dont think theres someone Id recommend more highly than Sharon.

Without a doubt the perfect choice. She went above and beyond to help us achieve our forever home, and also kept things flowing to where as first time home buyers we didn't get overwhelmed. Also helped us to understand things anytime we had new questions with ease, and made herself always available for questions norther what time of day or evening.

She served as the dual agent. She was very responsive to our questions, helped navigate our communications with the owner, and had some very good suggestions for us. She also went out of her way to help clean the house for us before we moved in. Please use her, she is relatable, friendly, responsive. And listen to her suggestions! She will also go out o f her way to help you.
