If I could give Lynette 10 stars, I would. She took away all the stress of buying and selling at the same time. We listened to everything she told us to do, from staging to setting the price. She is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. And it all showed with our results. Lynette loves to negotiate. That can be a scary thing for buyers and sellers who dont buy and sell houses often. But we put our trust in her and she got us what we wanted and more. My only advice to anyone who uses her is to listen to her. My house was under contract in 4 days only because we did exactly what she told us to do.
