Leave it to April to work her magic at getting you a fast sale for a fantastic price. She is quite simply the best listing agent weve ever had,bar none. We had to sell our house last March at the height of being epicenter. She fearlessly enforced strict safe guidelines with masks and gloves provided to clients, no touching anything and no more than two buyers in our house at a time, as we requested for extra safety and peace of mind. She carried this out so graciously yet firm and the buyers loved it. She was always in communication and there was never a wait for her to get back to you, even with multiple listings and buyers. She really cared about us the highest price possible but never pushed either way or seemed remotely self serving, April sold our home for full asking price within a few hours, on the first day of showing! April Brown was fantastic to work with in every regard. She was extremely timely, communicative, and friendly every step of the way. She understood the market perfectly and used it to negotiate a tremendous price on the sale of my home all the way through inspections, and even advised me to raise the price before putting the house on the market. Nonetheless, her advertising quickly garnered multiple offers during the COVID19 pandemic! The buyer had some delays getting financing, but April kept the deal moving forward and kept me on an even keel.
