I had interviewed several realtors before choosing Laurie to list and sell our family home in Uptown NOLA. She was professional, personable, and most of all compassionate in meeting our family's specific needs. She was accessible anytime we needed her; she accompanied prospective buyers to view the property (who were represented by a different realtor) which was above and beyond her responsibility as listing agent; and her advice helped us get a fair price and fast escrow for our home. I highly recommend Laurie.

Laurie is an awesome realtor. Prior to having her as our realtor, I had a not so good experience with another real estate agent and she was recommended to me by a co-worker. I am so glad and thankful she was recommended to me. When you tell her the type of home you're looking for, she makes sure to send you listings tailored to your needs. She knows her client's time is valuable so she doesn't send you listings or show you homes that will be a waste of your time. On top of being very knowledgeable and professional, she is also very responsive when you contact her with questions or concerns. One of the things I really liked about her is that she always did her research on a home before showing it to us. If she was showing us a home with some type of problem that was listed in the disclosure, she would tell you during the showing. She was honest and upfront.

As a first time home buyer I was intimidated by the process but I was fortunate to have Laurie walk me through everything step by step and explain it in a way that made sense. She was very knowledgable and knew all of the programs that we could utilize to make sure I was taking advantage of everything that was out there. If and when its time to hit the market again I will definitely be giving her a call.
