My husband and I worked with Erin for about 5 months during this crazy housing market. We couldnt have found a better realtor. She was personable, reliable, encouraging, honest, and down to earth. As first time home-buyers, Erin was an incredible wealth of information for us, especially because neither of us are from Louisiana. She answered all of our questions, and worked for us on numerous offers before we found the right house. Erin King is a real professional when she gave me numerous tips on what I should do before I listed my house. She kept me informed as to what was going on with the sale of my house. She made suggestions and gave me many choices in selling my house I guess she thought Id never find a replacement house. But she continued showing me houses in different areas. She showed me my dream house and I fell in love with it immediately. There were problems with the house and the owner refused to budge an inch. I still wanted the house so I assumed the repairs myself. Erin was always there for me, answering a thousand questions at all hours day or night. I appreciate all the hard work she did for me and I certainly would recommend her to anybody wanting to list their house or sell their house.

Erin is an amazing realtor..She goes above and beyond for all involved..I have never worked with anyone that consistently put her client first, with genuine concern before and after the sale..She was always available to answer all questions or find out relevant information..
