Associate Broker of Exp Realty, Sherri Bussey brings over 43 years of sales experience to Exp Realty. Her focus in real estate has been Residential home sales, Commercial sales and New Construction in conjunction with marketing new Developments in the parishes of Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Livingston and surrounding areas. Sherri has built 11 houses of her own for personal use and enjoys assisting buyers in planning and constructing their new dream home. Sherri was broker of her own agency, Real Estate One Group until 2010 when she merged her company with Pro Sold Realty. One reason for her extraordinary success is Sherris association with a variety of Mortgage Bankers and extensive knowledge of finance programs. Sherri has a proven record in marketing and pre-selling new construction in many exclusive subdivisions in Area Parishes.
