Gail Tyrrell helped us buy our first home and it was a nice, easy transaction. We were closed shortly after we made our offer and got our financing approved. She's very personable and committed to following up and making sure everything goes smooth. Home Sellers's Review There are not enough superlatives in the English language that can describe Gail Tyrrell and her work ethic. She was our second agent in selling our home. The first agent everything was our fault why the house would not sell, no advise just fault. Then we hired Gail. She looked at our home, we made a few minor changes, ( rearrange furniture, few paint color changes and replace counter top), and before we knew it we had offers on our home. This happened because Gail knows her job. We made a few tweaks and voil the house was sold. Our first agent our home was on market for a year- no takers. When Gail was on the job, our house sold within months. Gail was the difference. Gail was our agent now she is our friend.
