I'm a full time Realtor in Florida, originally from the south shore though. I know the value in hiring an experienced local agent to either buyer or sell. Our property was faced with some issues beyond Larry or anyone else's control. Larry worked tirelessly for me to get showing activity, provide feedback and come up with marketing strategies that ultimately led to an offer we could negotiate and close on. From the first day Larry was always very prompt in any communications, documents and any follow up for what ever reason. Once on market he was on top of what was happening ie: showing requests and times. Once offer was in he was very helpful in weighing out the options, and with all of his experience I felt very comfortable with his advise. From there on any info or issues he was very prompt in contacting us with what was going on and explaining situation right down to closing and moving day. Where do I begin? I cannot praise Larry enough for all that he did for my sister & myself in getting our Mom’s home sold. He cleared wood and junk from the garage and took it to the dump, he shoveled the walkways when it snowed, he swept the dirt off the driveway after the floods, he met electricians, painters, inspectors for septic & well inspections so my sister didn’t have to. He recommended roofers, electricians, painters who came and worked at our Mom’s home because of their relationship with Larry. He went above & beyond what a Real Estate salesperson does to help sell a home. His work ethics are extraordinary! No amount of Thank You’s could ever come close to compensating him for everything he did for us! He is successful due to his work ethics but he is Great because of who he is!
