Trustworthy Robin was a champion for my parents during the whole process. She brought qualified buyers and helped negotiate all the issues that arose. She was thoughtul, organized and responsive with my parents best interests at the heart of the whole process. The sale went smoothly and Robin went that extra mile to make it work. Robin is insanely hard-working. Smart, loyal, and rigorously ethical. Also patient and forbearing; ask me how I know. In spring 2018 she took on the job of selling my ancient sweet falling-down house. A 1734 half-cape with five fireplaces, Dutch oven, and 283 years of deferred maintenance. I had long hoped the house would survive me; it wasn't looking good. Robin, however, has a poet's heart and a particular fondness for old houses. She told me few antiques in original condition survive, and rarely come on the market. She brought in a forensic architect to catalogue obscure details . She showed the house. A lot. Exhausting work. Eventually winter hove into view. We took the house off the market til spring. I worried that Robin would come to her senses and decline the opportunity to devote her talents to my pile of old boards. She did not. A handful of weeks later a wonderful offer. From stout-hearted souls searching for one of the last antique houses in original condition.

Robin is an unusual salesperson because she is so knowledgeable, well informed, and tactful. Also, she is very patient and she deals with situations with care and understanding. I have grown to admire her for her ability and we have become good friends as a result of this project. I would recommend her for both private and commercial property representation because she researches property very carefully and conscientiously before she agrees to represent a seller. I am most grateful to her for all her efforts in my behalf.

As a first time home buyer, Robin went above and beyond our expectations. Purchasing from out of state, she was able to provide us with showingson short notice in a short time frame. She was able to take our needs and desires and provide us with tangible results. We actually closed on the second house she showed us which she believed before showing us would be the gem we were searching for. She also made sure to take time and show us the surrounding areas, local points of interest and the like.
