I highly recommend Donna Towne to use as a real estate agent in the Westborough/Northborough area. My home was on the market for 30 days with a different realtor, and I noticed the traffic had become stagnant. ERA recommended Donna, and I agreed after reading great reviews of her (including a referral from a friend). From day one, she set my expectations to be realistic with a market that was beginning to slow down. We agreed on an aggressive marketing plan for the first week to help bolster attention from serious buyers. Donna's diligent planning and knowledge worked- we got an over ask offer on the first day. After the offer, Donna was incredibly professional and knowledgeable with her recommendations to assist in the closing process. Her personal network and grit make her a fantastic option for higher-end towns in Worcester County, which are traditionally difficult markets to accurately price and sell

Donna is the second and last realtor I have/will ever work with - she is amazing! She went over and above to make sure I was happy with both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one. She understands the stress of buying and selling a home and makes great suggestions regarding what to look for, what to insist on, and what to settle. She showed me dozens of homes in a "seller's market" without complaint. When I finally decided on a house to purchase, she made the process go quickly...several times as I lost multiple bids. Any time I called, emailed, or texted, she responded quickly, regardless of how silly my question or need may have been. She has recommendations for every type of need - from radon mediation to handymen too painters. All of the people she has recommended have been professional and fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend Donna for any realty needs, and will definitely use her again in the future!

This is my 2nd time working with Donna- shes quick to respond, gives honest feedback and I feel she genuinely cares about making sure each home is the right fit for my family. Even in such a competitive market she was able to get me the house I wanted for the price I wanted! I have family and friends that have used Donna too! Highly recommend!

Donna went above and beyond in selling both mine and my boyfriend's houses at the same time. She miraculously made it possible for us to move to our new house out of state before even listing the houses. She gave us the names of contractors, answered SO MANY questions, and gave a lot of great advice. Donna scheduled all the work that needed to be done after the inspections on our houses and even monitored their work (new carpeting, hardwood floor refinishing, electrical work, and more) all while we were out of state. She even told us how we could do all the document signing online and how we could avoid having to make the long drive back for the closings. My boyfriend and I each got multiple (over asking price) offers after the first weekend they were listed. We were MORE than pleased! You could not go wrong using Donna as your realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful.
