Andersen Group Realty far exceeded our expectations. The team promptly responded to our inquiry and Sven and Veronique quickly set up a meeting to view our house and make a competitive strategy to quickly sell our house in the middle of the holiday season. They were both knowledgeable and personable. The photographer captured beautiful photos to showcase our home and with the excellent publicity the group has they were able to draw a large crowd to our open house. Caitlin held our open houses, she demonstrated good knowledge of the house and was able to answer all potential buyers questions on the property and created many interested parties. We had multiple offers well over asking price. Within a week of listing our home was under contract! Jamie made sure the sale transaction went smoothly and quickly which allowed us to purchase our dream home. The entire team is efficient and a pleasure to work with. We first worked with Sven 9 years ago when we purchased our condo. Sven has been excellent at keeping our relationship going and letting us know that he was there to help us beyond that purchase. Naturally when we decided it was time to buy a single family home and sell our condo he was the only person for us. Once we let him know our need he partnered us with a great agent named Mona. Mona was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, driven and felt like she was really on our side. This is a common theme for the Andersen team. In the course of selling our condo and buying our new home we worked with Prescott, Veronique and Sven and each of them were excellent in their individual roles. They made this very stressful experience as smooth and stress free as possible. They are really great at what they do and Sven is great at what he does and a good person to boot. We have bought or sold homes with Sven and his team three times over the last 4 years. He and his team are efficient, knowledgeable about the market, communicative and friendly - they make the process easy and provide invaluable expertise on market dynamics, pricing, and timing. Four years later when we went to sell our Winchester home and move north, Sven was again the clear go-to. We had some difficult decisions to make along the way we had questions about timing, lease-back options, pricing, staging, and more. Sven had the right answers (gained from deep expertise in our area ) and he steered us away from decisions we would have otherwise made that would not have been the right ones. His team is top notch Veronique, Jamie, Prescott real professionals who work hard to make their clients lives easier. We dont plan on buying or selling another house in the area anytime soon (weve said that before) but if we did we would certainly pick Sven and team!
