Phil M. sold a home in BALTIMORE

Jessica helped my wife and I sell our house in Charles Village/ Abell this summer. We live out of state, where my wife is a realtor. Needless to say, we knew the qualities we were looking for in an agent: local market knowledge, consistent communication, attention to detail, and negotiation skills. Jessica made the transaction so easy for us and we truly feel that she went above and beyond. She has many clients to juggle at a time but she ALWAYS answered our texts, calls and emails. We'd highly recommend her to our friends in Baltimore

Ben B. sold a home in Baltimore

We worked with Jessica when we first moved to Baltimore in 2013, and again when we left in 2019. Jessica was flexible when meeting with us and very communicative throughout the process. She clearly explained the factors to consider when pricing the house, how to make it looks its best for showings, any updates we should make, etc. Showings were well-coordinated (I work from home) and we were receiving offers within a week of listing. Jessica helped us decide among our options, and negotiated professionally and effectively with the prospective buyers. The back-and-forth between offer acceptance and final closing went smoothly, and Jessica made sure we knew what was happening and when (and why) and was always quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. I would unequivocally recommend her for anyone buying or selling in the area. Our experience with her when moving to Baltimore in 2019 was equally fantastic.

Donna D. sold a home in Baltimore

I highly recommend Jessica Dailey for all of the above reasons. She lives in the area which made her very responsive to my 'often panicky' calls. Sometimes by text, sometimes by phone and even on foot. Maybe the most important thing was her knowledge of professional people to solve problems as they arose (and they will) like painting, yardwork, a handyman. If something needed immediate attention, she could recommend the right person. And if they were not speedy enough, I would called her and she was on it. Mostly, she held my hand and supported me through the process.
