Denise Kenney

I could not be more impressed with Denise throughout the few years I have worked with her. I just recently closed on my second property with her in the last 4 years, and I cannot imagine a real estate agent doing much better. In this ever competitive real estate market, it is very hard to get a deal done, but of course, Denise found myself and my girlfriend the perfect house. She scheduled for us to see the house the first day it hit the market and we were under contract the very next day. I cannot imagine using another realtor!

We have bought properties and sold properties through Denise over the course of the past seven years. Not only is there no agent that could possibly work harder for her clients, Denise equals her tenacity in both honesty and integrity. Denise has a unique ability to think outside of the box in order to make things work in most any situation. I would highly recommend to anyone to work with Denise because not only will you get an outstanding agent, you will get a new close friend.

This is the second house we have bought through Denise. We also went through her to rent out our first house. I have recommended her to multiple friends and will continue to do so. She gets to know you, what you are truly looking for in a living space and is happy to take as much time as is needed to find the perfect match. I would never even consider using a different realtor!

From the minute my wife and I met Denise, we knew we were in good hands. Whenever we saw a home that we liked, we would contact Denise and she always responded right away to schedule the showing. When we found the right home, she told us what we had to do and made the process very simple for us to understand. We put our offer in, then counter-offer, and then she called us a few days later telling us that our offer was accepted! She has been with us every step of the way for both of our homes. We will be calling her for the next one!
