Ben Holmes

A 30 - year DC-metropolitan resident, Ben has personally bought, sold, renovated and rented scores of houses over the years, so all of his advice comes from first-hand experience. From initial consultation to closing and beyond, Ben stands by his clients’ sides, guiding them through the process and offering his considerable expertise. A life-long musician, Ben began playing drums as a child and spent 15 years after college touring and traveling the world as part of a band. Being immersed in diverse cultures and environments equipped Ben with the ability to be highly adaptable and to communicate effectively; it also instilled him with a passion for meeting and helping other people. That’s why his transition into real estate felt more like a natural progression rather than a career change. When he’s not playing drums or performing live, he can likely be found enjoying the outdoors, specifically downhill skiing in the winter and fly fishing on the Potomac river whenever possible.
