Rick is the best there is, when I was looking for a place, I called Rick and asked him if he had any rentals available and he told me just Salem, I told him that I wasn't interested in moving to Salem and that was that, he said that is all he had. A few days later I called Rick and asked him if Salem was to late that's when he said he had someone buying the house and that he was looking to rent it out but it wouldn't be ready for about a month, at this time I was staying in a hotel room and was really looking to get into the house asap, Rick handled everything and got us into the house in a little over 2 weeks. If you want a realtor that is going to go to work for you Rick is unmatched and the realtor you want to work with, you will not be disappointed.
Rick is the man. I don't say that about many people. I buy left and right and he was the first agent that sold me my first on market property. It turned out great!
