Cathy has been my realtor for over 21 years!! She may have started as my realtor, but I can call her my friend as well! She has never lost touch and has checked in with me over all of this time! Cathy is outstanding to work with! When I first browsed property on Zillow, she contacted me within minutes of an inquiry. Even though we didnt go with that initial property, Cathy always worked hard and traveled out of her area to meet us at potential properties. Shes readily available for questions via phone or email. When we finally found our home, she gave us really great tips as first time buyers to counter offer for our settlement. With her help, we feel as though we found a great first home that fits our lifestyle and needs! Would recommend using her when purchasing a property!

Cathy was amazing to work with! We've worked with a few other realtors in the past and she is now our realtor for life. When we decided to sell our home she came in and made a few recommendations on upgrades and staging, we followed her advice and received multiple offers within the first 2 weeks. We did this in tandem with purchasing our current home and she somehow made the process seamless. The best part of working with Cathy was how she fostered the relationship, it didn't feel like a transactional process. She brought us dinner on moving day because she knew we wouldn't be able to cook, she is genuinely a thoughtful person and her and her team were so great to work with!

After 25 years in our home the thought of selling was overwhelming. At our initial meeting Cathy took the time to get to know US and learn about our wants and needs - putting us at ease. She provided us with great tips on preparing our home for maximum resale and was with us every step of the way as we moved forward with the sale of our home.
