I cant recommend the Waldner Winters team enough. From day 1, to closing, to post sale Ryan and his team made the stress of home buying much more manageable. Michelle, who coordinated deadlines, contracts, and punctuality of all parties involved, made closing a breeze (even in the midst of the Baltimore hacking scandal). Ryans, unlike other realtors I spoke with before him, took the most time to understand my likes, dislikes, and vision for what I wanted in a house. Additionally his knowledge of the area, attention to detail, negotiating skills, & care he has towards his clients cemented Waldner Winters as my market resource for home buying. I cant thank Ryan or his team enough for exceeding my expectations throughout my first home buying process.

Julie Singer was my agent and she went above and beyond. My house had sat on the market with another agent for over 250 days before I hired Julie. She had my home under contract within 2 weeks. Her hard work and dedication exceeded all expectations. She always looked out for my best interest and I was completely blown away by her negotiating skills. Selling my home has been an extremely stressful process and if I could go back in time, I would have hired Julie from day one. Oh man, where do I even start! Pam is beyond AMAZING, She is the BEST realtor my family has ever had! We are a Military family of almost 25 years so we've seen a lot. Pam was ALWAYS there when we needed her. No question was a bad question. She went above and beyond to help us find a home when we couldn't physically be there in person. If you need a realtor request her, she won't let you down!! We will definitely be having her sell our house when we transfer again! THANK YOU SO MUCH PAM!!!!

We had a great experience working with Scott and Amanda. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and lent a lot of insight into each property we visited without ever pushing us down one path or another. He would just present objective information and let it be our choice. Both he and Amanda would actively seek answers to questions we had if they weren't readily available and always accommodated our schedules. In general, both were congenial, friendly people we were happy to spend the home search time with. Given how your realtor is with you every step of the way, it hadn't occurred to me in the past the importance of having some chemistry. My kids in particular adored Amanda.
