While walking through the home during the listing appointment, Kathy was able to point out a couple of things that would be flagged during a home inspection. That gave me the chance to make repairs before listing the house. She gave me suggestions on what to list the house for but ultimately left it up to me. With her recommended price, she also explained why. I took her advice and it worked. My house sold over ask with multiple offers in just 2 days. I couldn't believe it.
