Donna was very professional throughout the home buying process- We were a continent apart and she made sure I was part of each step even though she was dealing personally with my representative instead of me. She paid attention to my wish list and to my absolutes both and I ended up with just the right home for me and my daughter.

She suggested properties that we did not see on the market and helped with suggestions of other homes in the areas. She always let us discuss the pros and cons and if she noticed something we did not notice she brought it to our attention. I have worked with other realtors and Donna Norris has been the most knowledgeable, helpful and she took care of all the details when it came to closing on this property.
