Bob holds a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Baltimore and has been involved with real estate transactions for over ten years from selling new homes with the states largest home builder, to the financing of homes and with the resale of homes. You will also benefit from his negotiation skills, which stemmed from negotiating multi-million dollar portfolio loans for a local federal savings bank. Bob is a member of the National Eagle Scout Society, National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Howard County Association of Realtors, an ABR candidate, and holds the CSP designation (Certified Sales Professional designated by the Home Builders Association of Maryland).
