This is my second home I have sold with Jim and I am highly satisfied once again. We primarily dealt with Darryl on all of the details and he was a pleasure and wonderful to work with. He was on it, regardless if it was a Saturday or 10:00PM on a random Tuesday. We had a few hiccups with selling our house that were out of our control, but I would have never known it as Darryl took care of them before I even had the chance to worry about them. They made the process seamless and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jim's agent, Darrell Walker, is the most responsive real estate agent I've ever worked with. He went above and beyond in responding to me. We were contacted within minutes of saying we wanted more information on a house. He arranged a showing on short notice and provided valuable input. He responded to email, text, and phone calls quickly and worked tirelessly to line up properties to view. When we found our current home he was instrumental in helping with the offer, the negotiations, and still stays in touch and answers questions even though the deal closed two months ago. I also worked with Jim Hyatt at closing and found him to be as helpful or more even though it didn't seem possible.
