Dave Kaufmann has a wealth of business experience and access to valuable contacts to successfully sell properties. He doesnt hesitate to go above and beyond to get the job done. His follow up both written and verbal is awesome. Dave is very enjoyable to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking results in the sale of real estate, leasing or a business transaction.

David is one of the best Realtors I have had the privilege of dealing with. He responded to us right away. He was always respectful, and was really knowledgeable. He had our best interest in mind at all times.

I have known Dave for many years and have become friends as a result. In my experiences with Dave he has been extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market. Dave was very instrumental in getting the office building at 331 Gambrills Road in Gambrills rented fully. We were in the midst of a recession like no other and he was able to get the spaces leased with determination and skill. Kaufmann Park II is fully rented and without Dave's help, it would have not been as successful.
